It is with sadness that we announce that our Holloway Stay & Play sessions at Florence Nightingale Hall will be coming to an end.
Our final session will take place on Thursday 25th July.
A Difficult Decision
Despite receiving wonderful feedback from families, carers, grandparents and childminders, and demonstrating positive impact through our reports, we have unfortunately been unable to secure the funding needed to make the sessions financially sustainable for the future.
While this is disappointing news, we are incredibly proud of everything we have achieved together.
A Moment to Celebrate
We are especially proud that Derbyshire Toy Libraries was recently shortlisted as one of only five charities for the prestigious King’s Volunteer Award – a testament to the dedication of our volunteers and the value of the services we provide.
Most importantly, we want to thank every family, carer, grandparent and childminder who has joined us since September 2025. Your support, smiles, friendships and enthusiasm have made Stay & Play a special part of the Holloway community.
A huge thank you also goes to Florence Nightingale Hall for providing such a lovely venue and to everyone who has supported us along the way. 💛
Let’s Go Out with a Bang!
Let’s make our final session on Thursday 25th July one to remember! We would love to see familiar faces old and new as we celebrate the friendships, fun and memories we’ve created together.
